Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order is confirmed as dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

📌 Dispatch confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Information

  • Made in Germany products are imported and typically take 3–10 business days for delivery.
    Some Korean skincare products may also be shipped internationally and follow similar delivery timelines.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.
  • Once the shipment arrives in the UAE, a local tracking number will be shared and delivery will be completed within 24–48 hours.

📦 Return Eligibility (UAE Orders Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@mda-uae.com or +971563637991 with:
  1. Your order number
  2. Clear pictures showing any product damage or defect
  3. Description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care items (e.g. body creams, deodorants, feminine hygiene)
  • Makeup and cosmetics (lipsticks, mascaras, foundations, etc.)

Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
